CURRENT TURN AROUND IS 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.  I AM AWARE THAT THE CUTOFF TO RECEIVE PRINTS BEFORE CHRISTMAS HAS PASSED.  4:19 WILL BE CLOSED NEW FOR ORDERS FROM 12/19/25 THROUGH 12/26/25.  I MAY STILL PLACE MY ORDER BUT I WILL NOT RECEIVE IT UNTIL 3-5 BJSINESS DAYS AFTER THIS TIME.

I AM AWARE PRINTING COULD TAKE THE FULL 5 DAYS AND I WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF IT TAKES ALL 5 DAYS.  I AM AWARE THAT MY FIRST BUSINESS DAY DOES NOT START UNTIL THE NEXT DAY AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER.  I AM AWARE THAT 419 DOES NOT DO SAME DAY PRINTING.  PLEASE NOTE... THE ORDER PROCESSING TIME IS AN ESTIMATE BY SHOPIFY AND YOUR ORDER MAY TAKE THE FULL FIVE BUSINESS DAYS.  YOUR FIRST BUSINESS DAY STARTS THE DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER. By submitting these sheets, you confirm that you have full rights to the design and accept responsibility for ensuring it meets all specified requirements. You acknowledge that the store is not responsible for any issues related to color accuracy, image resolution, sizing errors, or incorrect color profiles. Any discrepancies in print quality, as well as any legal consequences regarding trademark or copyright infringement, are solely your responsibility.

Please read the following information prior to completing your order.  Please watch the YouTube video at the bottom after reading all the instructions.

1.  Colors on a monitor or screen display are typically RGB, the printer prints in CYMK and the colors may not come out the same for printing.  4:19 is not responsible for colors. We cannot change the colors for you or resize your images.  Artwork must be print ready. DO NOT MIRROR.

2.  The quality of your print is dependent on the quality of the image sent. The best images are at least 300 dpi and ORIGINAL FILES ONLY (not something from a screenshot or grabbed from google.) 4:19 is not responsible for poor quality images. 

3.  Programs such as remove.bg and other free background removal programs may pixelate and leave unwanted backgrounds that are opaque that the printer will pick up and print.  We may not be able to see them with the naked eye but they are visible to the printer and unfortunately will be included in your print.  We will not be able to see this until after printed.  We stress that you purchase or design an original file to avoid this issue.  4:19 is not responsible for poor quality images that leave unwanted items in the print. 

4.  Photos and files sent from a cell phone may be pixelated or distorted because they are very small and will need to be enlarged to be large enough for your garment.  4:19 is not responsible if your image is pixelated or distorted.

5.  Procreate and Canva may also leave unwanted backgrounds and/or marks on your prints that are not visible to the naked eye due to their layers and certain effects added to the designs.  4:19 is not responsible if your prints have unwanted marks due to being designed in these programs.
