Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. No refunds.  Store credit or exchange only, does not have to be the exact same product but if there are pricing differences customer will be responsible.  Please reach out by email to 419orders@gmail.com to receive a return authorization code.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges and Credits 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your exchange/credit will be processed.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned/exchanged for credit.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping for any exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:  VINYL, PRINTS, SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS OF ANY KIND, CLEARANCE AND CONSIGNMENT.  ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY AND ALL RETURNS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

WE WILL TYPICALLY EXCHANGE NEW, UNWORN ITEMS PER OUR DISCRETION WITH A RECEIPT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCAHSE OR A STORE CREDIT MAY BE ISSUED TO USE AT A LATER TIME.  ALL RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
